1. What makes your family photography different?
We combine excellent customer service with expert advice on planning your family photography session to create a truly special experience for you. We use documentary-style photographs, timeless portraits, and carefully designed art to capture the magic of your family. Each photo holds onto moments, feelings, grace, and class. Our goal is to create unique, personalized images that perfectly match what you’re dreaming of.
2. What if my kids don’t cooperate?
That’s completely okay. We don’t expect children to sit still and smile on command. We give them room to move, play, explore, and be themselves while offering gentle direction when needed.
3. One of us has fallen sick, can we reschedule?
Absolutely!
As parents ourselves (six kids, haha!), we know how easily germs and viruses can spread from kids. To help us prepare, we’d really appreciate it if you could let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make any necessary changes to our plans.
4. Do you photograph families at home?
Of course! Children are often most themselves at home. They know the space. They know where their favorite toys are. They know where to run, where to curl up, and where to find the people they love. That familiarity creates room for genuine connection.
5. What should we wear?
We help you plan and create a color palette, textures, and coordinated looks that truly reflect your family’s unique personality and style.
6. Where do you photograph families

7. What kind of albums or prints do you offer?
We create albums and art prints that are both professional and unique, using the best materials. Each album is a piece of art, with handcrafted leather covers and custom designs. Plus, you can get large-format prints or framed photos to showcase your family’s memories at home.
8. How do I place an order for an album or print?
Ordering is a breeze! Once you’ve picked your favorite images, we’ll team up to whip up a custom design for your album or print. Want to go with one of our layouts, or do you have a specific design in mind? We’ll walk you through every detail. Once you’re happy with it, we’ll carefully craft your order with all the love and attention it deserves.
9. What is the turnaround time for an album or print?
We take great care in creating each album and print, aiming for the best quality possible. Usually, it takes about 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on how intricate the design is and how many we’re making. Rest assured, we’ll keep you in the loop about the progress and make sure everything is just right before it ships.
10. Do you offer digital files along with albums and prints?
Absolutely! We’ll create high-resolution, edited digital files for all the images you choose for your album or print. You can find these in an online gallery, so you can easily download them or share them with your loved ones. Plus, these digital files are perfect for future prints or special keepsakes.
